Conditions for Return or Replacement

Wrong Product Shipped

In case you get a curtain, blind, or accessory that is different from the one ordered by you, Living Room Curtains will accept full responsibility for this mistake. In this scenario, we will offer you to have a new one delivered without any added delivery fees.

Defective or Malfunctioning Product

Though we ensure that our products are carefully examined before dispatching them, there could be a case where some defects are caused during delivery of the products, and this situation will require us to replace the order at no additional cost to the customer.

Non Used Curtains and Blinds

Customers should return the product without use or installations, so we will accept the product in the original condition just like received on the spot.

Conditions to Disallow Return and Refund

Tailored or Special Order Items

Fitted window coverings, such as draperies, blinds, and other accessories, which are made according to customer measurements or design preferences, will not be refunded or replaced unless there is an issue with the merchandise or an error in its delivery.

Sale and Promotion Items

Products bought on special offer, promotional discount or any such campaigns are usually not returnable or exchangeable unless they are damaged or shipped wrongly.

Used or Installed Goods

If an item has already been installed or used in some way, it will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds and Returns Time Framework

  • In case the application results from any alteration of individual preferences, then the shipping and service costs might be the customer’s responsibility.
